Anyone can raise a concern about a child's welfare or safety — a parent, player, coach or bystander. It goes directly and confidentially to our Welfare Officer.
In an emergency, don't use this form. If a child is at immediate risk of harm, call 999. You can also contact the NSPCC helpline on 0808 800 5000 or the police on 101.
