Player welfare is at the top of our list of priorities at Fairlands Youth FC. Our Child Welfare Officer is someone who builds relationships with players, parents and coaches, and attends training sessions and matches.

All of our coaches are FA DBS-checked, safeguarding trained and hold either the EE PlayMaker or FA Level 1 qualification as a minimum.
